CITMO 2005 will explore ways to develop and recommend

1) A set of technologies that are available today that could be applied to solve some

of these issues

2) R&D that could support development of IT and which could overcome obvious gaps

3) Propose a strategy to co-evolve the policy and IT in near-term toward achieving

goals outlined in paragraph two of the invitation.
